Since 15 September
1 600 zł per person
You are no longer eligible for receiving a free package of videos from 2018. Take that into consideration when picking you date to register. 😉
ATTENTION! When registering for 3 people from the company, another person hardly pays for the ticket 😉 It’s worth getting the whole team onboard!

Registration FAQ
What will happen after registration?
After successfully completing online registration, we will confirm your registration and send a proforma invoice by e-mail. After paying for it within 7 days, you will be entered on the list of participants.
Can I register now and then enter data?
YES. You can send or change participants’ data free of charge at any time, the last modification can take place three business days before the conference (i.e. until 18/10/2018). In this case, please enter “TBA” in the First Name / Last Name fields. To complete the missing details of the participants, write to kamila.ochedalska@ebinstitute.pl.
What are the payment terms?
The registration fee includes conference materials, meals and drinks, but does not include accommodation and other expenses. All given prices are net prices.
After successfully completing online registration, we will confirm your registration and send a proforma invoice by e-mail. After paying for it within 7 days, you will receive a VAT invoice and confirmation of participation.
Can I transfer the ticket to someone else?
YES. You can transfer your entry free of charge to another participant, according to the procedure for changing data as in question 2. For this purpose, write to kamila.ochedalska@ebinstitute.pl.
I am an employee of the HR department and I wish to register a number of people
You can register a larger number of people without any problems by completing the registration form. All you need to do is select the appropriate number in the “Number of participants” field and then complete the data of all participants. In case of problems with registration, write to kamila.ochedalska@ebinstitute.pl

Cancellation conditions
In the case of cancellation, you have two options:
- You can give your entrance to someone else. To do this, write to kamila.ochedalska@ebinstitute.pl
- We will refund the cost of participation in the conference. To receive a refund, write to oliwia.rybinska@ebinstitute.pl
