Bartosz Furtak

Experienced marketer, HR specialist and employer branding manager with over 7 years of field-related expertese.
Her education background is related to applied psychology, including clinical research and behavioural sciences. She utilises her academic experience combined with professional expertese in client research in making employer branding research and strategy processes easy, understandable and applicable to employer branding institute clients.
Her most recent experience in client service and employer branding project execution is based on over 50 clients from different business areas, including finance, BPO, SSC, pharma, retail and other large sectors, in Poland and across Europe.

Kaja Gryciak

A creative strategist with experience in a marketing agency, recruitment agency and NGO. Specializing in qualitative research, human-centered design methods, certified moderator of Design Thinking.

His recent strategic experience includes qualitative research, competition analysis, creation of brand strategy, marketing communication and marketing strategy for the recruitment agency, mapping of experience paths and creation of candidate experience strategy, and research, EVP and strategic recommendations in recruitment strategy.

Adam Joachimiak

Experienced researcher, Employer Branding Management graduate (Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego, Warsaw). Specialising in quantitative and qualitative research, experienced trainer and researcher. My recent strategic experience includes process coordination and execution for umbrella employer branding strategies, EVP formulation and tactical strategies formulation, for clients including sectors of FMCG, pharma, banking, consulting. Experienced in conceptual adaptation of EVP into communication strategies. In Employer Branding Institute since 2017.

Aleksandra Zwolińska

Focus on acquiring new knowledge, not only within HR, always with a positive attitude and internal motivation. Recently I obtained the Design Thinking moderation certificate. Open to new challenges, projects and applications for people. A graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences at the University of Warsaw. For over 6 years associated with mBank, in which I spent over a year in the mBank Branch in Prague. They made their first steps in recruitment, later in development and now in internal communication.

Arkadiusz Klimczak

I have been working in HR for more than 10 years. My professional experience ranges from changing organizational culture, staff development, internal communication, business partnering, building employees’ experience. Currently I am responsible for creating, implementing HR solutions and strategy to increase the efficiency and quality of management, as well as employee engagement at mBank in Czech and Slovakia.

As HRBR and HR manager I have cooperate and support business executives and senior managers in implementing business strategies. Moreover, I conduct cross-organization projects related to HR and business. As HRBP I offer holistic solutions in my projects because it is my belief that we cooperate with people, not with employees. My goal is to create work environments where people work because they want to and not because they have to.
I am a certified trainer, facilitator and coach with wide experience. I have worked for many companies and universities where I developed managerial, personal competencies, as well as sales skills.

Jako HRBR i menedżer HR współpracuję i wspieram kadrę kierowniczą i menedżerów wyższego szczebla we wdrażaniu strategii biznesowych. Ponadto prowadzę międzyzakładowe projekty związane z HR i biznesem. Jako HRBP oferuję współpracę z ludźmi. Moim celem jest stworzenie środowiska, w którym pracownicy chcą pracować. Jestem certyfikowanym trenerem, moderatorem i trenerem z dużym doświadczeniem. Pracowałem dla wielu firm i uniwersytetów. Rozwinąłem kompetencje menedżerskie, osobiste, a także umiejętności sprzedażowe.

Karolina Musidlak

I started my career at Lidl over 5 years ago as a participant in the internship program “Rozwiń z nami skrzydła”. Today, she is responsible for the work on the brand, and I support the recruitment processes in our company. “With Lidl Way To Career.” In the 2019 edition I had the pleasure to deal with offline promotion and online internship among students. I am interested in broadly understood personnel marketing. I am a German teacher and  sports enthusiast. 😉

Magdalena Tuchowska

I started my professional career in HR in 2012 at Netguru. At the end of 2017, I started working as a HR Manager at CONTMAN, where I am responsible for all HR activities. A member of the think tank HR Influencers, promoting good practices in the industry.
As an enthusiast of project management, I focus on providing tailored solutions to the current needs of people and business. Management projects that were implemented in the organization. The introduced changes invite to participate in CONTMAN offers by 700%, the project itself was awarded in the competition TOP HR Manager in Action.

Ania Morawiec-Bartosik

She is related to payments since 2011, as well as with the analysis of data from the beginning of his professional career. She has gained her previous experience, in Mercer and Santander Bank Polska. She created and implemented a report on modern policy at the bank, workplace about 12 thousand employees with total benefits from work. Author of “HR Intelligence” in Personnel and Management and a guide “Report on total benefits from work – is it worth implementing and why?” Published by Wolters Kluwer. A fan of numbers, inferences and reference points. She helps with decision-making, supporting the fact that her motto says that “without data you are just another person with an opinion”. She supports the implementation of the so-called “HR Intelligence” – it’s her authorial vision, according to which HR is added to the group that is registered in this procedure. She deals with designing and implementation for clients in the field of budgeting, controlling and personnel analytics (people analysis).

Adam Piwek

He is responsible for the employer’s brand development area. Passionate about effective corporate social responsibility (CSR) and employer branding activities resulting from the company’s DNA. A graduate of the University of Wrocław and postgraduate studies at the Higher Banking Schools in Wrocław and Poznań and at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. A business coach, academic lecturer and independent consultant in the field of management and effective marketing communication. Author of texts on HRStandard.pl A fan of discovering Africa and continuous development.

Aleksandra Chalimoniuk

I believe that the best things in life can be developed. I have 15 years of experience working in the media and communication. I am an experienced television journalist and PR specialist. I co-wrote many programs on TVN 24 and Dzien Dobry TVN. Later I dicovered that experience in working on television can translate into image-building activities in a large enterprise. In November 2013, I started working at Sokołów SA. where I built the communication and PR office from scratch.

From November 2017, I’m the Director of Communication and PR will operate in other JYSK networks. I am responsible for internal and external communication, etc. image campaigns involving employees.

Dariusz Pastula

As the HR Director, he is responsible for all personal Aon in Poland. In addition, as a member of the management board, he has an influence on the strategic directions of the company’s development. In everyday work, he belivies that attention should be paid to the employees and the ideas of AI Wellbeing and Activity Based Working. A member of HR Influencers, a think tank focusing on individuals and leadership companies in their companies and the environment.

Lidia Robakowska

She started her adventure with employer branding a few years ago, first on the side of the agency and then the corporation. For 3 years he has been responsible for the employer branding activities on the “yellow side”. Here she worked, among others on the campaign “From Mordor to Shire” on the occasion of the change of Aviva’s headquarters and the last January “Tu praca Ci służy”. In employer branding, he values ​​authentic communication with potential candidates most.

Patryk Atłas

Culture and Communication Manager at AmRest. He is responsible for the implementation of global projects related to organizational culture, internal communication and HR analysis in 26 countries, but his main mission is to bring joy to life. He has been working in AmRest for 10 years, from the very beginning he is strongly associated with the culture and values ​​of the company. Has many years of experience as a practitioner in restaurant management, team building and internal training, supported by education in the areas of Human Resource Management and Business Management.

Paweł Zdziech

For 15 years in IT recruitment, for eight years in 7N he has been managing the recruitment area and building the company’s image in the IT community. He is interested in organizational culture and its impact on management practices, including the candidate and employee experience. An academic teacher (employer branding) at the SWPS University, writes (since 2009) one of the oldest blogs dedicated to recruitment – Rekrutacyjny.blogspot.com.

Krzysztof Grzyb

Enthusiast of issues in the area of ​​Human Experience, including organizational culture, company values ​​and employee / customer surveys. Has several years of experience in the B2B sector. For 8 years associated with Pracuj.pl, a leader in the recruitment market in Poland. Responsible for the processes of building loyalty among business clients using the tools of Customer Journey Map, Net Promoter Score and CRM.
Currently associated with a global consulting company – 7N, which with its 30 years of experience in the IT market helps clients in handling advanced IT projects. As part of the organization, he actively supports building the image of the 7N brand as an industry expert, while ensuring the best experience with the brand of both customers and IT consultants.

Working in the HR for 3 years. Responsible for creating an engaging work environment, cultural transformation of the organization and energy management of employees. Co-author of the #powerON project – program awarded during the first polish competition in the field of wellbeing – Well Power 2018. Graduate in business psychology and journalism. Currently in Credit Agricole Bank Polska as Employee Experience Specialist.

Jakub Skalik

First and foremost Employer Branding enthusiast, passionate about recruitment marketing, social media and the idea of employee advocacy in EB. Jakub is currently works at Intel as EMEA Recruitment Marketing Manager and leads a team of Recruitment Marketing Specialists focusing on promoting Intel in Europe. Jakub holds a Master Degree from Universität Leipzig, and postgraduate study in Employer Branding at Akademia L Koźmińskiego.

Barbara Zych

The founder of the Employer Branding Institute and creator of tools measuring the effectiveness of EB processes in organisations – ebnavi.com. Doctor of psychology, thesis supervisor of the People Analytics course in Poland, lecturer at leading universities. He has 15 years of experience on the HR market, over 100 serviced Fortune500 organisations, 7 books on organisation development and over 15 proprietary tools for the HR market.
